Training Plan (UAE)

Minimum effort

More progress

1st week

Training 4 days, minimum 1 lesson per day
+1 group class.

1*330 = 330 AED

(4 *330) + 250= 1570 AED

2nd week

1-2 gym trainings by yourself or second option- you can train your muscles using muscle stimulator other words the TENS machine, without spending time in a gym
+ 1 group or private dance class

3rd week

4 private dance lessons + 1 group lesson

(4*330) +250 =1570 AED

4 days you training yourself in gym
+1 private dance class.

4th week

1*300=330AED

Total 3800 (per month)

We prepare you to Pro-Am competition in Russia or UAE
within 3 months.

You will see the result from the very first week. If you would like training more intensive, we will prepare for you additional trainings.
